I have made a Gantt chart to plan out each step in my project. This will ensure everything gets done in enough time to meet the deadline and nothing gets missed. Some tasks were difficult to predict how long they will take so I have ensured to leave enough time and highlighted some dates as contingencies. I have also highlighted some tasks as milestones because these are tasks that need to happen in order for my project to carry on, for example my shot script is a milestone because it outlines exactly what will happen in my video to the second so it is necessary before creating any further planning documents.
